However, this functionality on the Google Play store is active from June 16.

Prepaid vouchers or gift card was launched in the US in 2012 and after that, it was gradually launched in other countries. This announcement of the company is being considered as good since the Google Play store card gift to friends and family will not be dependent on electronic payment for the purchase from the Play Store. Just buy a voucher from the retail store and use the code on the Play Store.

Giving information about the launch and availability of Google Play prepaid vouchers, Google India wrote in a blog post, "Ask about Google Play Prepaid Vouchers from the cashier on the counter at the store, cash or any other retail store. You will get a redemption code you can use to buy digital content from Google Play.

Users can redeem Google Play prepaid voucher using the Gift Card code on the play.google.com/redeem page. Or the Redeem option can be used by visiting the Google Play app on Android device.
